As a result of the Ukrainian missile attack on the Titan-Barricade industrial complex in Volgograd, Russia, three workshops of the plant were damaged. About this reported in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enterprise was struck on the night of June 27 by Ukrainian-made FP-5 Flamingo missiles.
“According to the results of the data analysis, it was confirmed that Ukrainian rockets hit three workshops of the Titan-Barricades industrial complex in Volgograd (Russian Federation) with ignition and partial destruction in two workshops”, – it is stated in the summary of the General Directorate of General Affairs.
Former Dnipro OSINT analyst (“Pumpkin”) reportedthat rockets had previously hit workshop #2, the production building of workshop #38 and one workshop of unknown purpose. In particular, shop No. 38 designed for assembly and testing of the plant’s products.
The “Titan-Barricady” plant in Volgograd is a full-cycle enterprise engaged in the production of self-propelled launchers and transport-loading machines for the operational-tactical missile complex “Iskander-M”, the General Staff said.
“In addition, the enterprise produces launchers and ground units for the Topol-M and Yars strategic missile systems, as well as large-caliber artillery howitzers (“Msta-B”/”Msta-S”)”, – explained the military.
