The guard battle left Saturday afternoon in provisional release of the arrested young man for one alleged crime against the sexual freedom to a minorafter it was brought before the court once the first police investigations had been completed. The police reported this morning that the young man has 23 years and that the arrest occurred in Canillo after the body of order was alerted from Hospital Nostra Senyora de Meritxell. The health center activated the Immediate Action Protocol (IAP) when detecting a possible assault on the minor.
The release did not lead to the closure of the proceedings.
