Strukles are probably the only food you can eat in Zagreb, but not in Belgrade.
Strukle (or štrukli, as it is often said colloquially) is a traditional dish of northwestern Croatia, especially the area around Zagreb and Hrvatski Zagorje. They are made from a thin, developed dough that is filled with a filling made of fresh cheese, eggs, sour cream and a little salt.
