The head of technical and professional affairs of Herat Municipality, Engineer Muhammad Ayub Saif Al-Jihad, told Bakhtar News Agency that the project is 500 meters long and 12 meters wide and is financed from the development budget of the municipality.
According to him, with the completion of this project, the transportation facilities of the citizens will be increased, the transportation problems will be reduced, and the residents of the region will be facilitated in traveling.
At the same time, the residents of the area expressed their happiness at the start of the road works and asked the officials to implement similar construction projects in other areas of the city.
It has been decided that the paving of the said road will be completed and put to use within four months.
