The police are intensively searching for a thirty-eight-year-old man from the Zabjelo neighborhood in Podgorica, whose name is known to the newsroom, who is suspected of raping a fifteen-year-old girl five days ago, Televizija Vijesti has learned.
The girl’s family turned to the newsroom of Television News because they claim that they have not received any information from the police regarding this case.
However, the Police Directorate unofficially told Vijesti Television that the girl reported the rape to a person known to her, and that they immediately started looking for the suspect, who went into a rage.
“All measures and actions were taken according to the report, including taking statements from several people,” the police said.
They also point out that they submitted all information and documentation related to this case to the competent prosecutor’s office.
