According to the first reports, the victim was traveling in her vehicle when an armed individual, who was riding a motorcycle, intercepted her and shot repeatedly at the driver’s window. The attack occurred while the car was trying to merge onto the main road.

Witnesses indicated that between 25 and 30 detonations were heard, which showed the magnitude of the attack. Immediately, residents of the sector went to the scene to try to help the injured man, while alerting the emergency services.
Minutes later, an ambulance arrived at the scene; However, paramedics confirmed that Medranda He no longer had vital signs. The body was left inside the vehicle, awaiting removal by the authorities.
