“For the second time in less than 48 hours, the Israeli enemy army deliberately targeted Lebanese citizens,” the Shia militia wrote in a statement.
The Israeli military stated earlier on Wednesday that the country’s air force had attacked a vehicle on the Ali al-Taher ridge and that two Hezbollah members had been killed.
The Lebanese state news agency NNA reported similarly, saying that two people had been killed near Kfar Rumman in the Nabatieh region.
The incident occurred the day after two people were killed in what Hezbollah at the time described as an Israeli violation of the current ceasefire.
