Tamadan Islamic TV channel has published an urgent and warning announcement saying that according to the reports received from the head office of this media in Kabul, unknown people are using transport vehicles to widely transfer the network’s equipment, tools, documents and assets from the relevant building.
In this announcement, it has been emphasized that until the final and definitive ruling is issued by the competent court, any seizure, transfer, withdrawal or interference in the property of this media is “without legal basis” and can be considered as an example of seizure of other property and an illegal act.
Tamdan TV has warned that in addition to administrative departments, there are also personal residential units in the building of this media, and any entry, transfer or possession of property can affect the rights and assets of the residents. An issue that this media considers to require urgent legal protection.
This media has considered the responsibility of providing security, protecting equipment and preventing any damage, loss, destruction or illegal transfer to the security institutions and relevant authorities and emphasized that in case of any damage, full legal, legal and accountability responsibility will be on the responsible authorities.
Tamadan TV has also stated in a warning tone that any action without the final decision of the court can have serious legal consequences and this issue should be stopped completely until the judicial fate of the case is clarified.
These developments occur while the broadcasts of Tamdan Islamic TV were officially stopped yesterday. This media had announced that its broadcasts on Tuesday coincided with the 8th of Muharram 1448 Hijri were stopped by the forces affiliated with the Ministry of Justice of the Taliban.
This action took place in a situation where religious programs related to the days of Muharram, including coverage of the Ashura ceremony and special religious programs, were on the broadcasting agenda of this network; An issue that has caused widespread reactions in the media and social networks.
