The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent a message of condolences and condolences to His Excellency Dr. José Ramos-Horta, President of the Democratic Republic of East Timor, on the death of the former President of the Republic, Mr. Francisco Guterres.
