Mr. Juan López filed an amparo action, demanding from the CEA public information about the process he is exhausting for the transfer of the properties he sells. The amparo action was partially accepted by the First Chamber of the TSA. The CEA appealed to the TC, whose body accepted the appeal, partially revoked the contested ruling and then partially accepted the amparo action filed by Mr. Juan López.
The TC ordered the CEA to respond to the request for access to public information regarding the delivery of the executive order, the resolution, memorandum or provision through which the order of the different processes for the transfer of acquired rights to people who acquire real estate in this institution is established, the deadlines contemplated, the tentative dates that are taken and the time they must be completed.
