Increased traffic on the roads: due to the accident in Strunjan’s avenue, there was a traffic jam
According to the Traffic Information Center for State Roads, traffic is blocked on the Izola-Portorož road near Strunjan’s avenue due to a traffic accident.
On the Ljubljana Eastern Ring Road, due to a traffic accident, the slow lane in front of the Strmec covered pit towards Zadobrova is closed.
There is a traffic jam on the Styrian highway before Slovenske Konjice towards Maribor, a delay of about 15 minutes.

The Vipava exit from Italy is expected to be closed on the Vipava expressway until July 5.
There are complete roadblocks on the coastal highway at the Postojna junction due to works. Currently, exports from Koper to Postojna and imports from Postojna to Koper are closed. Imports from Postojna to Ljubljana will be closed from Monday, June 29, from 5 p.m., for an expected period of 14 days. A detour is possible via the Razdrto and Unec junctions.
On the Styrian highway, the Šentilj to Maribor junction will be closed until July 15.
The Podpeč-Brezovica road in Vnanje Gorice will be closed today from 10 p.m. until Sunday until 5 a.m.
The Miren-Opatje selo road will be closed near Miren from Friday from 8 a.m. to Saturday until 5 p.m.
On Thursday in Slovenia, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., traffic restrictions apply to trucks with a maximum permissible weight of more than 7.5 tons. As an exception, the traffic of freight vehicles will be allowed if the transport is carried out for transshipment operations and takes place to and from the port of Koper.
Due to two-way traffic in both directions, there are height restrictions for emergency transport on the Styrian highway in the Golo rebro and Pletovarje tunnels.
