Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo has revealed an extensive programme of cultural, artistic and gastronomic events for 2026, reinforcing its reputation as one of Monaco’s leading destinations for lovers of fine dining, intellectual exchange and the arts.
The Belle Époque landmark, renowned for its iconic Eiffel-designed glass dome and rich history, will host a series of exclusive events throughout the summer and autumn, bringing together philosophy, music, gastronomy and contemporary culture within its historic setting.
The season follows the successful launch of the inaugural Monaco Poetry Night and Day in March, which featured acclaimed French actor Lambert Wilson among its guests. The programme now continues with a range of events designed to attract both residents and visitors seeking refined cultural experiences.
Among the first major highlights will be the 2026 edition of PhiloMonaco. The hotel’s Excelsior Room will host several public discussions exploring the theme of desire, featuring prominent intellectuals, writers and academics. Speakers include Charlotte Casiraghi, philosopher Raphaël Zagury-Orly, psychoanalyst Clotilde Leguil, novelist Alice Ferney and writer Laurent Gaudé, among others.
Music will once again play a central role in the hotel’s summer calendar. In partnership with the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, six special evenings are scheduled between July and August. Guests will enjoy gourmet dinners at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, before attending classical concerts in the Cour d’Honneur of the Prince’s Palace.
Art enthusiasts will also be offered two exclusive evenings combining fine dining with private guided visits to the summer exhibition at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, which this year explores Monaco’s longstanding relationship with the automobile.
The culinary programme continues in September with another edition of the Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo. For the occasion, multi-starred chef Yannick Alléno will welcome Michelin-starred Italian chef Martino Ruggieri for a collaborative dining experience at the two-starred L’Abysse Monte-Carlo.
L’Abysse has also introduced a new tasting concept known as “Matataki”, inspired by Japanese culinary traditions and developed by Yannick Alléno alongside sushi master Naoki Kikuchi. Available from Tuesday to Thursday, the menu offers a condensed gastronomic journey centred around sashimi, nigiri sushi and seasonal flavours.
Another recent addition to the hotel is Gustave, a new cocktail bar located beneath the celebrated Eiffel Dome. Designed to evoke the atmosphere of an 18th-century salon, the venue offers signature cocktails inspired by Art Nouveau influences, alongside a carefully curated champagne selection.
With a programme spanning philosophy, music, gastronomy and cultural discovery, Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo is positioning itself once again as one of the Principality’s leading destinations for sophisticated summer experiences.
