The challenge of being neurodivergent in Japan’s culture of conformity

Tokyo, Japan — Kotozna Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Genri Goto), a B2B SaaS company specializing in generative AI–powered multilingual communication solutions, announced new deployments in Japan, Singapore, and the United States, further expanding the company’s multilingual customer engagement solutions. The latest implementations showcase Kotozna’s continued innovation in conversational AI, helping organizations deliver multilingual information and support to visitors and guests around the clock.

Over the past year, Kotozna has significantly enhanced its AI avatar platform to enable reliable multilingual support across tourism, hospitality, retail, transportation, and public-service environments. Average response times have been optimized to approximately 3–5 seconds, helping create a more seamless conversational experience for users. The platform has also been optimized to improve recognition of destination names, brand names, and other location-specific information, helping reduce misunderstandings and improve response accuracy.

“Our latest deployments demonstrate how AI can improve visitor experiences while delivering consistent, accurate information in multiple languages,” said Kotozna’s CEO.

    ■ Supporting Travelers in the Heart of Tokyo
In June 2026, Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB) introduced Kotozna’s AI-powered avatar solution at the Tokyo Yaesu Bus Terminal. The interactive display allows visitors to engage with “YAE,” an AI assistant providing information about the Yaesu area and attractions across Tokyo. Travelers can ask questions and receive guidance through a conversational interface in five languages. The solution helps international visitors navigate Tokyo more confidently and discover local experiences.

    ■ Transforming the Visitor Experience at Jewel Changi Airport, Singapore
In Singapore, Kotozna launched AI avatar kiosks at Jewel Changi Airport, one of Asia’s premier lifestyle and tourism destinations. The kiosk features Jewel Man, a friendly AI avatar that provides information in 12 languages and assists visitors with dining recommendations, directions, activities, and general visitor inquiries.
The deployment is currently handling approximately 120 conversations per kiosk per day, demonstrating strong adoption among international visitors seeking quick and convenient access to information.

    ■ Enhancing Hotel Guest Services in Los Angeles
In May 2026, Miyako Hotel Los Angeles adopted Kotozna’s QR-based in-room concierge platform, allowing guests to instantly access hotel information, room guidance, and local area recommendations from their own smartphones. Supporting 109 languages, the platform enhances the guest experience while helping hotel staff improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive inquiries.

    ■ Driving the Future of AI Concierge Experiences
As organizations face labor shortages, increasing international visitor volumes, and rising expectations for personalized service, AI-powered customer engagement is becoming a strategic necessity rather than a future consideration.
Kotozna’s AI concierge platform enables organizations to provide multilingual support at scale, giving visitors and customers immediate, reliable access to information, recommendations, and assistance whenever they need it.

Through successful deployments in Japan, Singapore, and the United States, Kotozna is demonstrating how conversational AI can expand service capacity, enhance customer experiences, and support business growth without increasing operational complexity.
