After reporting the malfunction to the representatives of several companies, steps were taken to prevent inaccuracies from being published in future publications, and they will be removed from already published publications in the near future, the Center of Registers said.
“Due to a lingering programming error, wrong information about changes in the number of company shares was published in public information publications for some time. The company apologizes for this error,” the Center of Registers reported on Thursday.
“First, changes were made to prevent this false information from appearing in future newsletters. In the near future, software changes will be implemented to correct previously created newsletters so that they no longer contain misleading information,” he reported.
According to the institution, incorrect information is visible only in information publications, while the data in the Register of Legal Entities and related systems are correct.
Users of newsletters are advised to wait until the erroneous newsletters are updated and then update their published data.
According to the center, incorrect information is indicated only for closed joint-stock and joint-stock companies, which have submitted their financial report or other data changes to the Register Center since May 22.
