Position Title: GEL – Guest Experience Leader
Provinces: Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Famagusta and Paphos.
Role:
This specific role requires excellent customer service, as the main concern is communication with the customer during their presence in the restaurant. As a GEL at McDonald’s you will work in a beautiful and dynamic work environment full of people and energy. Your purpose is one, the creation of beautiful moments.
Required Qualifications
Smile, be polite and like to be with people! This is what we need from you! We will take care of the rest by training you with specialized seminars for Baristas.

- Your salary will start at €6.39 gross per hour (so in 8 hours / 5 days your salary will be €1105 gross per month and in 8 hours / 6 days it will be €1330 gross per month).
- In 6 months you will get a raise and our scales for the same position reach a depth of 4 years! Of course we would like you to develop into higher positions!
- In December you will also get 13the salary
