    The circulated video, which spread like wildfire, showed harsh moments of chaos and tension in the famous Diaa Street in the Haram area, as the young man appeared to direct violent kicks to the girls and brutally assault them, shocking and astonished the followers, while the sounds of sharp screams and calls for help rose from the girls in the middle of the street.

    It was not only the shocking scene in itself that sparked controversy and anger, but observers focused bitterly on the delayed intervention of some of those present at the scene to stop the blatant assault and protect the girls, which opened a broad societal debate about the phenomenon of negativity in the face of such harsh incidents that occur in public and open places.
