    Abeer Musleh Abadi Al-Zahrani represents a model of inspiring educational leadership that combined her educational mission with her deep passion for the Scouting movement, to create a career full of giving and achievement, which culminated in her obtaining the wooden badge, becoming the first female Scout leader in the General Administration of Education in Jeddah Governorate to obtain this leadership qualification.

    Since her beginnings in the educational field, Abeer Al-Zahrani believed in the importance of character building and developing leadership skills among female students, and made scouting activity an effective educational platform for consolidating the values ​​of citizenship, volunteer work, and national belonging. This belief was reflected in its continuous efforts to develop scouting programs and enable girls to have educational and community experiences that enrich their knowledge and enhance their leadership capabilities.

    Obtaining the wooden badge was not a passing achievement, but rather the result of years of hard work, continuous development, and active participation in local and international scouting programs, in addition to her prominent role in qualifying female scout leaders and supervising the implementation of qualitative initiatives and activities that contributed to the advancement of the scouting movement for girls in Jeddah’s education.

    Al-Zahrani was distinguished by an educational vision that made scouting a way of life and a method for building people. She worked to spread the culture of scouting and enhance its educational impact on the school community, believing that true leadership begins with instilling values ​​and developing the spirit of responsibility and initiative in emerging generations.

    Her honor came under the patronage of the Governor of Jeddah, Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, and in the presence of the Director General of Education in Jeddah Governorate, Manal Al-Lahibi. In confirmation of the tangible impact and qualitative contributions it has achieved in the educational and scouting fields, and in appreciation of a career full of giving and excellence.

    Today, Abeer Al-Zahrani represents an inspiring success story of an educational leader who turned her passion for scouting into a developmental message, and field work into a path to achievement, registering her name as one of the pioneers in the women’s scouting movement, and opening new horizons for female scout leaders in education in Jeddah and the Kingdom.
