This was reported by the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE)which indicated that the payment will be according to the registered payment method. The amount corresponds to 3% of a tax unit (UIT), established as economic compensation by Law No. 32231.

The electoral body offered the possibility of choosing a payment method, among these three options: deposit into an account with Banco de la Nación, Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), BBVA or Scotiabank; deposit through the Yape digital wallet; or in-person collection at Banco de la Nación agencies.
Before the first round, the polling station members who were selected through a public lottery were able to register with the ONPE and choose one of the three payment methods indicated. For the second round, they could register – if they had not done so before – or modify the payment method, carrying out a procedure before the electoral body’s reporting table.
Deposits in bank accounts and through YAPE will be made between June 22 and 24, and can be identified under the following concepts:
- BCP: Mobility.
- BBVA: A/TR National Process Office.
- Scotiabank: Tbk-miscellaneous payments.
- Banco de la Nación: Payment/Charge for regularization.
- Yape: National Office of Electoral Processes.
Starting Thursday the 25th, those who chose this payment method, polling station members who took office while in the line of voters and those who never registered will be able to collect at a window of any Banco de la Nación agency in the country.

In addition, citizens who cannot collect in any other way because the bank refuses to transfer the amount as a deposit or through Yape. In all these cases, it will be enough to approach a Banco de la Nación agency carrying the National Identity Document (DNI).
