Due to continued international growth, we are expanding our Product Services Division and are seeking a Systems/Support Engineer to join our team.
Systems/Support Engineer Grenada (On-site) 1-Year Renewable Contract
As a Systems/Support Engineer, you will support and implement EDAMS, Hydro-Comp’s enterprise platform for water and sanitation utilities.
EDAMS includes systems such as Billing and CRM, Network Asset Management, Operations, and Maintenance.
You will work closely with customers to ensure smooth system operation, assist with installations, and support users in their daily use of the system.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Experience with MS SQL Server and good knowledge of SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic technical environment
- Experience with GIS systems or Crystal Reports/Dashboards is an advantage
- 1–3 years experience preferred
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users (on-site, phone, and remote)
- Install, configure, and maintain EDAMS systems
- Set up and support related technologies such as MS SQL Server and Crystal Reports
- Assist customers with system operation and troubleshooting
- Train end-users, including managers, administrators, and operational staff
- Develop and maintain reports and SQL scripts
