Lieutenant General Saïd Chengriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense and Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, supervised on Wednesday the official installation of Major General Hamid Fakkan, Head of the Department of Employment and Preparation of the Army Staff, succeeding Major General Belkacem Hasnat.
