As a result of the inspection carried out by the food safety inspection body in the cheese workshop owned by individual entrepreneur Mkrtich Kocharyan (Lori region), it was found that dangerous food products were produced due to non-compliance with the safety and hygiene requirements of food prescribed by the legal acts of the food safety sector.
The sample of the “Chanak 45%” product submitted for examination did not meet the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union “On the safety of milk and milk products” with the “Listeria monocytogenes” indicator.
According to the decision of the head of the inspection body, the separate function of the production activity of the cheese workshop, the production of “Chanak 45%” product, was suspended.
A deadline has been set for eliminating the reported violations.
