One of the speakers at the rally held in front of the Prime Minister’s Office was the former KLA fighter, Meçan Zotaj, who accused the government of pressuring the protesters.
He also claimed that the police had gone to his apartment in Roskovec after statements made the day before during the rally.
“Edi Rama’s criminal government with its modern patronage and institutional slaves have started pressuring all members who declare against this criminal government and this 35-year-old rotten system.
It is this government that, a few years ago, arrested my brother because of my opposition to this government. Today they went to my house in Roskovec in the morning, just because yesterday I compared him to Ceausescu.
He is a Ceausescu and if he continues to threaten the people he will get the answer. He bargains with the lands of the homeland as if he had Kristaq’s manor.
The threats that the government makes through patron Nazis and slavers make us stronger and more stable.
We are ready to sacrifice ourselves to the end to put an end to the fascism of this government, which took the wisdom of this working people for weakness,” said Zotaj.
