It is known that 13.6% of traffic accidents were caused by drivers not giving way to pedestrians, 32.9% by not following the speed limit, 4.2% by falling asleep and 22.4% by not obeying the requirements of traffic lights.
It was also noted that the number of crimes committed through information technologies has exceeded 18 thousand, most of them are related to embezzlement of citizens’ funds through electronic payment systems.
