The new Coreper meeting -Council of Permanent Representatives- within the European Union failed to unlock text on the association agreement.
Again, the gesture of the Cypriot presidency to raise the text to Coreper without unanimity al EFTA group has not served to unblock a point that has been blocked for months by a study reservation raised by Bulgaria as part of the case investigating the failed purchase attempt of the Banca Di San Marino by the group Bulgarian investor Starcom.
