From the 3rd to the 5th of June, the chef Hugo Candeias will take charge of Taberna do Bairro do Avillez, in Lisbon, in a return to action, after several months preparing the opening of his restaurant, also in the capital, “scheduled for August in soft-opening”, he tells Fugas. “It will be a Portuguese food restaurant with a modern approach”, as I already said in November, upon his departure from the Paradigma group, where he led the Craft. As a partner, you will have the company Cook Book, which belongs to chef José Avillez and the Arié family. But the partnership doesn’t stop there, there are several gastronomic projects they have in hand. They will be presented at the fair soon, they promise.
