The Russian Ministry of Defense announced in a statement today that its air defense systems shot down 310 Ukrainian drones over several regions of the country last night.
The statement said, “During the night, from 8:00 pm yesterday, Sunday, to 8:00 am, Monday, Moscow time, the air defense systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 310 Ukrainian drones,” according to what the Russian Sputnik news agency reported.
The statement added that the drones were shot down “over the provinces of Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Rostov, Volgograd, Saratov, Oryol, Tula, Lipetsk, Kaluga, Ryazan, the Krasnodar Territory, the Moscow Region, the Republic of Crimea, and over the waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.”
