RA Prime Minister, Chairman of the “Civil Contract” Party Board Nikol Pashinyan stated that he does not see the possibility of post-election developments in Armenia. “Armenpress”according to the report, to the journalist’s question whether the opposition is talking about election violations, groundless arrests and searches, and whether post-election developments are possible, Pashinyan answered that such a scenario is excluded.
“I rule out post-election development in Armenia,” said the Prime Minister.
According to him, post-election crises or developments usually occur in cases where the government falsifies election results.
“I said that post-election development takes place where the government falsifies election results,” Pashinyan said.
The Prime Minister also expressed his opinion that the opposition cannot initiate post-election processes.
“The opposition cannot provoke post-election developments, it is excluded, because a significant part of the votes they received, in my estimation, are votes obtained as a result of election bribery. I also rule out that the people of Armenia will allow the “three-headed war party” to become active in any way at all. Allow me to predict that there will not be any post-election process,” Pashinyan concluded.
