Twenty years after the project was presented to Barcelona, Querola is already a reality. the works, started 14 years agoare almost finished. The set designed by the architect Jean Nouvel is made up of 51 flats of between 300 and 700 square meters distributed in seven different buildingswith prices that can climb up to six million euros.
The promoters of the complex receive today at noon one group of potential buyers. Half of the properties are already soldas confirmed Xavier Santamariaone of the promoters of the project. The design and construction of the building has been a investment of around 130 million euros.
