    The Minister of Culture and Communication, Emmanuel Ménard, participated, this Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in the launch conference of the 32nd edition of the Livres en Folie fair. The minister did not hide his joy at taking part in this event not as an author this year, but as a state official.
