The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has reported a series of recent charges and convictions across St. Kitts and Nevis, involving offences ranging from drug-related matters and violent crimes to traffic violations and property damage. The matters were processed through various police stations and magistrate courts during April and May 2026.
NEVIS
Several matters were reported on Nevis involving charges and convictions.
Pete Douglas of Jessup’s Village was charged with Obstruction. He was charged on April 25th, 2026, at the Cotton Ground Police Station.
Jeroley Samuel of Bath Village has been charged with Robbery. He was charged on April 30th, 2026.
Delroy Williams of Gingerland was charged with drug offences after a May 14th, 2026 search in Old Manor reportedly uncovered suspected cannabis plants and cocaine. He faces charges of possession of cocaine, possession of cannabis with intent to supply, and cultivation of cannabis.
Akimo Freeman of Sixteen Acres, Gingerland, was charged after a May 14th, 2026 search reportedly uncovered cannabis plants in various stages of growth. He faces charges of possession of cannabis with intent to supply and cultivation of cannabis.
Delano Browne of Cotton Ground, Nevis, was convicted and fined $10,000 for wounding at the Charlestown Magistrate Court on May 5th, 2026, or faces six months’ imprisonment in default.
Shem Browne of New Castle was charged with multiple driving offences, including reckless driving (four counts), causing grievous bodily harm (four counts), and driving without due care and attention between May 16th and 19th, 2026.
Travis Perkins of Government Road has been charged with two counts of Assault With Intent to Rob. He was charged on April 27th, 2026.
ST. KITTS
Several individuals on St. Kitts have been formally charged in connection with a range of criminal offences.
Marsha Phillip of Ottley’s Village was charged with Perverting the Course of Justice, allegedly committed on May 21st, 2026. She was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on May 23rd, 2026.
Emris Forbes of Upper Shaw Avenue, Mc Knight, was charged with Wounding committed on April 17th, 2026. He was charged on April 22nd, 2026 at the Basseterre Police Station.
Kishawn Herbert of Dieppe Bay was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to supply, driving without insurance, driving without a valid license, and obstruction in relation to offences allegedly committed on April 24th, 2026, with charges laid on April 26th, 2026.
K’mani Cooper, also of Dieppe Bay, has been charged with Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply and Obstruction in relation to offences committed on April 24th, 2026. He was charged on April 26th, 2026.
Isaiah Ramsey of St. Peter’s has been charged with Battery on Police, Resisting Arrest, and Carrying an Offensive Weapon, namely a knife, following an incident on May 4th, 2026. He was charged on May 5th, 2026.
Shane Degrasse of Newtown has been charged with Simple Wounding and Disorderly Conduct by Fighting for incidents occurring between May 1st and 2nd, 2026. He was charged on May 6th, 2026.
Kelvin Maynard of Ponds Extension has been charged with Unlawful Wounding, as well as Simple Wounding and Disorderly Conduct by Fighting in separate incidents. He was charged on May 7th, 2026.
Rupert Bridgewater of Newtown has been charged with Malicious Damage, allegedly committed on May 10th, 2026. He was charged on May 13th, 2026.
Jhonny Silvestre of Newtown has been charged with Simple Wounding in relation to an incident on May 10th, 2026. He was charged on May 14th, 2026 with the assistance of a certified Spanish translator.
Timothy Hughes of Shadwell has been charged with Carrying an Offensive Weapon and Resisting Arrest following an incident on May 16th, 2026. He was charged on May 18th, 2026.
Gileo Jeffers of Thomas Road, Ponds Pasture, has been charged with Armed With an Offensive Weapon and Use of Indecent Language following an incident on May 16th, 2026. He was charged on May 17th, 2026.
Daylan Hazel of Sandy Point has been charged with Unlawful Possession. He was charged on May 21st, 2026.
Jovan Hodge of Buckleys Site, Basseterre, has been charged with Battery on Police, allegedly committed on May 20th, 2026. He was charged on May 22nd, 2026.
De Shea Prentice of Fiennes Avenue, McKnight, was convicted and fined $750 for simple larceny committed on November 23rd, 2025, or two months in prison in default. He was also ordered to pay $143.85 in compensation or serve one month in prison in default.
William De La Cruz was sentenced for three counts of Conveying Contraband into His Majesty’s Prison, committed on April 17th, 2026. He was fined $1,200 or, in default, will serve twelve months in prison.
Derryl Harris of Saddlers, St. Kitts, was charged with simple larceny and giving a false name and address in relation to offences committed on April 16th, 2026. He was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on May 20th, 2026.
