An Algerian competitor was eliminated from the World Cup on Monday afternoon, after suffering a devastating defeat.
The matter here concerns the Montenegrin Cubs team, which lost 5-0 to its French counterpart, in the third and final round of the group stage of the European Nations Championship in the under-17 category.
This competition was launched in Estonia on the 25th of May, and will continue until the 7th of June.
The Montenegrin Cubs recorded three defeats: against Denmark (1-2), Italy (0-3), and France (0-5), making them bottom of the second group standings and bid farewell to the European Championship.
Montenegro will compete with the Algerian national team, the Cubs, on the 24th of next November, in the second round of the group stage, for the Under-17 World Cup in Qatar. Within a group that also includes the American and Chilean teams.
