FIFA confirmed the refereeing team that will administer justice in the match between Panama and Ghana, scheduled for June 17, corresponding to the debut of both teams in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The main referee will be the Swede, Glenn Nyberg, accompanied by assistants Mahbod Beigi and Andreas Soderkvist. Khalid Alturais was appointed as the fourth official, while Mohammed Alabakry will serve as reserve assistant referee.
Panama will begin its World Cup participation against Ghana in a key match in Group L of the tournament.
