The spokesman of the Badakhshan Police Headquarters, Ehsanullah Kamgar, told Bakhtar News Agency that the incident occurred before noon today when a short cruiser car went off the road, resulting in the death of two people and the injury of eight others.
Kamgar added that the health condition of the four injured has been shown to be critical.
He said the main cause of the incident was the technical problem of the car.
