Despite the release of Xiaomi 17T smartphones last September, their successors, Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro, may appear soon. WinFuture edition made public official images of smartphones from various angles and in all colors that complement the previously known specifications.
Visually, Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro will differ mainly in size and slightly changed design of the rear camera module. The phones are equipped with 6.59″ and 6.83″ displays, which will respectively have a resolution of 2756×1268 and 2772×1280. The maximum refresh rate is 120 Hz and 144 Hz.
The basic smartphone is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra processor. The chip consists of eight computing cores and has a maximum frequency of 3.4 GHz. Xiaomi 17T Pro will receive Dimensity 9500, which has the same number of cores, one of the most productive of which reaches a maximum frequency of 4.21 GHz.
All devices of the Xiaomi 17T series will receive 12 GB of RAM, and the amount of storage will be 256 or 512 GB, depending on the model. According to the publication, the camera system consists of a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The front camera in both models offers a resolution of 32 MP (32 MP and 50 MP according to other data).
The Xiaomi 17T will have a 6,500 mAh battery, while the Pro version will have a 7,000 mAh battery. The phones will support wired charging with a power of 67 or 100 watts. The Xiaomi 17T Pro will also be capable of wireless charging up to 50W. The younger smartphone has a plastic body, while the 17T Pro is likely to get a metal frame. Xiaomi 17T in the minimum configuration will cost €749 in France. Xiaomi 17T Pro in the only version of 12 GB / 512 GB of built-in memory will cost €999.
