Karen Harutyunyan, the chef of the Tavern Yerevan Khorenatsi branch, has been working in the Yeremyan group of companies for 19 years.

“One of the most important decisions in my life was to work at “Pandok Yerevan”, because it is a great and interesting platform for professional growth and human relations for me. I have spent a whole life, living in a Tavern. Here we are dealing with national cuisine, which is both complex and inspiring, and which people from all over the world come to try.
Over the years, we have created and created new dishes, enriching our ideas of Armenian cuisine and showing its development. However, the 20-year-old values of “Pandok Yerevan” are at the basis of all that: high quality of food, unchanging taste, unique presentation, care, attention to all details.

“Our work starts with soil and seeds. In other words, we are at the forefront of nature. How we cultivated and fertilized the soil, what quality fodder we grew, in the end we will get such milk. Our work actually has a scientific basis, starting from farming to the preparation of rations, laboratory research, work with feed distribution machines, etc., says Hamlet Markosyan, the person in charge of feeding and equipment of the largest Yeremyan farm in Armenia.
