The Barbados Under-14 team departed the island on Friday, to contest the Caribbean Football Union U-14 Challenge Series in the Dominican Republic.
Barbados has been drawn in Tier 1, Group A, alongside Bermuda, the host country and Martinique, with the young Tridents set to begin their campaign against Bermuda on Monday.
