Algerian sports commentator Hafid Draghi said that supervising the national team is not an easy matter, so the decision to appoint a new voter should not be rushed.
On his official Facebook page, the BeIN Sports commentator stressed that the choice must be thoughtful and based on competence, experience, and the ability to lead a team that carries the aspirations of an entire people.
Draghi added: “The Algerian national team has great talents that need someone to coach them well and instill in them the spirit of victory that they lack at some points.”
Hafid Draghi believes that the success of others’ experiences does not necessarily mean that they will succeed in the Algerian national team: “Every team has its own characteristics, and every football environment has its requirements, and what is suitable for others will not necessarily be suitable for us.”
Commentator Hafid Darraji’s post came after names were circulated at lightning speed to succeed Petkovic, led by former international Antar Yahya.
