A call to leave bad reviews for businesses has been made on the WhatsApp list run by Fatos Lubonja. The latter is the administrator of a list of 512 members who support the protest and discuss it. A member of the list, Sonila Sota, has called to leave bad reviews, also distributing the list of businesses in this group.
Of course, Lubonja is not responsible for her opinions, but the alibi they try to find that they are customer reviews is malicious. It is not about customer impressions, but about business terrorism, directed by a list of “intellectuals” leading the protest. Everyone’s freedom ends where it affects the freedom of others. And the inspirers of this violence must be made public.
After these calls, in many hotels and restaurants in the service of tourism, the reviews on Google have fallen from 4.9 or 5, that is, from the maximum rating to 1 or 2, causing a damage equal to terrorism.
Below we provide the list of accounts that have been mobilized after this call. I urge business owners to sue the perpetrators. Article 143/a, “Computer fraud”. This article can be applied when false information is spread through computer systems with the purpose of securing an illegal economic benefit or causing a property damage to another business.
For this offense, the Penal Code provides for imprisonment from six months to six years.
On the other hand, every hotel or tourist service in Albania should publish the names and pictures of these terrorists on their online pages, considering them as a blacklist of Albanian tourism.
