The court session of the RA General Prosecutor’s Office against the RA Cadastre Committee and the third party RA Writers’ Union continued today in the RA Administrative Court under the chairmanship of Karen Zarikyan.
The subject of the investigation is the state registration of the right of ownership in connection with the building of the GM Department located at 3 Baghramyan St., Yerevan.
Let’s remind that according to the opinion of the representative of the General Prosecutor’s Office, the prosecutor’s office missed the deadline. The other objection, according to the third person’s lawyer, Larisa Baghdasaryan, refers to the fact that the dispute concerns only the real estate building and the prosecutor’s office has no dispute with the plot of land on which the building stands.
In the previous session, the plaintiff requested to postpone the session in order to clarify its position to the court, which the court granted.
