Today, Thursday, the Director of Public Security, Major General Dr. Obaidullah Al-Maaytah, sponsored the celebration held by the Public Security Directorate on the occasion of the anniversary of the noble Prophet’s migration, in remembrance of the religious connotations and sublime meanings that this occasion carries, and the immortal values it embodies in building the human being and consolidating moral and national principles.
On this occasion, Major General Al-Maaytah extended the highest verses of congratulations and blessings to His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, His Highness the Crown Prince, and the Arab and Islamic nations, conveying the greetings of His Majesty the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and His Majesty’s pride in their efforts made in their various work sites, and their role in enhancing security and stability, and consolidating the rule of law.
The Director of Public Security stressed that this occasion represents an important faith station in which the meanings of the Prophet’s migration are recalled and the lessons it carries in strengthening belonging and consolidating national and Islamic identity, pointing out the pride of the Hashemites in their Arab and Islamic identity, and that the Hashemite approach, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, is based on consolidating the values of moderation and moderation and defending the true image of Islam.
During the celebration, the Assistant Director of Public Security for Operations and Training delivered a speech in which he stated that the Public Security Directorate is keen to invest religious events in enhancing the intellectual and cultural awareness of its members, and consolidating the values of belonging and responsibility, in addition to affirming commitment to the Public Security mission of maintaining security, protecting lives and property, and serving society.
For his part, the Director of the Fatwa and Religious Guidance Department addressed the faith and educational aspects of the honorable Prophet’s migration, indicating that it embodies the meanings of patience, steadfastness, sacrifice and sincerity, and instills the values of honesty, trustworthiness and responsibility, which contributes to enhancing religious awareness and consolidating the values on which the Hashemite approach in the service of religion, the nation and humanity is based.
