    Today’s parliamentary session ended with tensions and clashes. Democrats rose to their feet, blocking the floor and making noise as they slapped tables and plastic cans.

    This was their form of revolt not to go to a direct vote, which was done at the proposal of the SP, avoiding discussions since the democrats were not vacating the floor.

    Amid the uproar, the majority passed the bills one by one on their own. Thus, the new head of the KPP, Ismail Shehu, was also elected. The following draft resolutions were approved:

    Voting: 84 in favor, 1 abstention, 2 against

    Draft resolution “On the evaluation of the activity of the High Council of Prosecution for the year 2025”.

    Voting: 83 in favor, 1 abstention, 3 against

    Draft resolution “On the evaluation of the activity of the Supreme State Audit for the year 2025”.

    Voting: 82 in favor, 1 abstention, 0 against

    Draft resolution “On the evaluation of the activity of the General Prosecutor’s Office for the year 2025”.

    Voting: 83 in favor, 1 abstention, 3 against

    Draft resolution “On the evaluation of the activity of the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime for the year 2025”.

    Voting: 83 in favor, 1 abstention, 1 against

    Draft resolution “On the evaluation of the activity of the People’s Advocate for the year 2025”.

    Voting: 83 in favor, 0 abstentions, 0 against

    Draft resolution “On the evaluation of the activity of the High Inspector of Justice for the year 2025”.

    Voting: 81 in favor, 1 abstention, 3 against

    Normative act no. 2, dated 30.6.2026, “On some amendments and additions to Law No. 87/2025, “On the 2026 budget”.

    Voting: 82 in favor, 0 abstentions, 3 against

    Normative act no. 3, dated 6.7.2026, “For the partial financing of the organization of a cultural-tourist activity of international proportions”.

    Voting: 80 in favor, 0 abstentions, 6 against

    Voting: 82 in favor, 0 abstentions, 5 against
