A suspected network of call centers related to the Italian citizen Alessandro Ungaro and some of his associates in Albania, has been put in the focus of the verifications of the Prosecutor’s Office of Tirana and law enforcement structures.
According to the reporting of journalist Elton Qyno, the investigations are related to suspicions of fraud through online investment platforms, which were allegedly used to harm citizens of European countries.
One of the persons under investigation is Besmir Masha, who is said to have administered or owned entities related to the activity of call centers.
According to journalist Qyno, one of his businesses, the company “Sky Dental”, is located near the building of the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK) and the National Bureau of Investigation (BKH).
Also, according to the same source, Masha has become the owner of the bar “Bar Momus”, located near these institutions, near Burg Street.
Also, according to the same report, SPAK made payments for reception services and consumption in this bar, including coffee, drinks and sweets. So, the special prosecution has been a regular customer of the luxury bar owned by Besmir Masha.
According to the published invoices, the total value of these services reaches about 1.8 million old ALL.
Something that raises questions about commercial relations between a business owned by a person mentioned in the report and the institutions of justice, while transparency on these transactions is required.
