Placed under the effective Presidency of His Majesty King Mohammed VIthis 2026 edition is marked by a consolidated system since the previous edition, and which is based on a network of 26 reception areas in Morocco and abroad, ensuring a local presence at the main transit points used by Moroccans living abroad.
In Morocco, it includes twenty (20) spaces, distributed at the level of ports of Tanger Med, Tangier City, Al Hoceima And Nador Bni Nsarin the airports of Casablanca Mohammed V, Rabat – Salé, Oujda Angad, Nador, Agadir Al Massira, Fès Saïss, Marrakech Menara, Tangier Ibn Battouta, Laâyoune Hassan 1er, Dakhlain the rest areas Mediterranean, Jebha, Tazaghine and Smir M’Diq as well as at the border posts of Bab Sebta And Mellila.
Abroad, six (6) Marhaba spaces are also operational in European ports of Genoa (Italy), Sete And Marseille (France), Motril, Almeria And Algeciras (Spain).
Deployed from June 10 to September 15, the services ofsocial assistance and medical care are provided on all of these sites in order to support members of the community residing abroad, both during the arrival and return phases.
Nearly 1,400 people, including Foundation teams, social workers, doctorsparamedical executives and volunteers, are mobilized as part of this system to ensure listening, assistance and care for Moroccans residing abroad.
This medical-humanitarian assistance system is reinforced by the Central Coordination Office (BCC) who is domiciled in Rabat. Supervised by the Foundation, it monitors the activity of the assistance teams deployed in the field, coordinates the mobilization of stakeholders in the management of situations and manages the Marhaba telephone assistance service.
