“Wings of Unity” Prime Minister candidate, former human rights defender Arman Tatoyan with “Wings of Unity” had a meeting with residents of Verin Getashen settlement of Martuni community of Gegharkunik region. He characterized the people of Martune as a people who squeeze bread from a stone, and also expressed regret that today the peasant is left alone with his worries, that’s why many of them are forced to go abroad for work.

“Unfortunately, today it turned out that the peasant does not know the price of his goods, he does not understand the price of his goods, what the result will be if he sows the land, and he is in an unfair situation from the very beginning,” said Arman Tatoyan. He added that they gathered a team of professionals and came to Verin Getash to listen to the problems raised by the people.

“I am retired, disabled, I buy medicine with my pension. Although the government issued an order that a disabled person can get medicine, I have been told that there is no such medicine, but they take it to the pharmacy and sell it for 15,000 drams,” complained a pensioner.

“It’s the established health insurance system that is now failing completely. It’s just a pre-election tool. And it is clearly written in our program, it also comes from international experience, that medical care and health care should be universally free. The system must be specially prepared for this, and if we do not have physically and mentally healthy people, we cannot have a normal, healthy state,” said Arman Tatoyan.

The villagers were most interested in the issue of security. Tatoyan reminded that satellite photos proved that there were Azerbaijani invasions during the reign of this government. “The issue of liberating our sovereign territories is one of our main directions,” said the Prime Minister candidate of “Unity Wings”.
