    The head of the PNH pleads for the strengthening of the Coast Guard


    The Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Vladimir Paraison, visiting the Short story writer, this Wednesday, April 8, 2026, highlighted the urgent need to take advantage of the facility provided by HR 7148, the United States Fiscal Year 2026 Consolidated Appropriations Act, to strengthen the Coast Guard.
