Miguel Julio, executive director of Fonigualdad, He told EL TIEMPO that the ministry’s liquidation process does not per se lead to the liquidation of the Fund or the automatic suspension of ongoing contractual processes.

“They are advanced from the resources administered by the autonomous patrimony and their purpose is the execution of programs and projects associated with the fulfillment of previously defined and financed public policies. To date, the start of the liquidation process has not begun due to the absence of a liquidator,” he assured.
