The spokesman of the Governor of Takhar, Mohammad Arif Arif, told Bakhtar Agency that the rescue operation of the mentioned persons was carried out in the presence of the governor of the province, Maulvi Samiullah Hizballah, and a number of senior security officials.
According to him, the rescue team successfully took all the trapped people out of the mine.
He added that before the rescue operation, contact was established with the trapped people and necessary efforts were being made to meet their needs along with providing oxygen.
