Maulvi Lal Mohammad Gohar, head of agriculture, irrigation and livestock of the said province, told Bakhtar Agency that these farms were distributed to families who participated in the six-month chicken training program.
According to him, each family has been given 27 chickens, three chickens, 50 kg of chicken feed, dishes and nets.
Residents of the region have called the implementation of such programs useful for economic empowerment and food security of needy families.
