SAN MARINO – The Secretariat of State for the Territory, the Environment, Agriculture, Civil Protection and Relations with the AASLP, in collaboration with the University of the Republic of San Marino, promotes a public meeting dedicated to the topic of student housing and intergenerational cohabitation, included in the framework of the opportunities offered by the new Strategic Territorial Planning.
The initiative will be held on Wednesday 29 April at 5.30 pm in the “Fausta Morganti” Aula Magna of the University of the Republic of San Marino and is configured as a moment of open discussion between institutions, the academic world and experts in the sector.
The objective is to explore innovative models capable of responding to contemporary housing needs, with particular attention to the student population and new social dynamics.
The theme of intergenerational cohabitation represents a possible response to emerging needs, encouraging forms of coexistence that enhance solidarity between generations, optimize the use of existing housing stock and contribute to the construction of more inclusive and sustainable communities.
Speakers will include the Secretaries of State for the Territory Matteo Ciacci, the Secretary of State for Education Teodoro Lonfernini, the Rector of the University of the Republic of San Marino Corrado Petrocelli and the General Director Laura Gobbi, together with designers and professionals involved in the development of innovative housing solutions for students and communities.
The meeting is open to citizens and intends to offer an opportunity for dialogue and sharing between all the subjects involved in the territorial planning and development processes.
At the end of the work there will be a convivial moment.
