The second phase includes completing civil works, building a concrete factory, providing accommodation and services, in addition to a cow import program, paving the way for the transition to the actual production stage.
The project extends over an area of 117 thousand hectares as part of a partnership between the “Baladna” company and the Algerian government represented by the National Investment Fund, and is based on an integrated production chain that begins with growing fodder and raising cows, all the way to producing milk and converting it to milk powder.
